We have entered into a cooperation agreement with the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre to begin the planning of a development project which concerns existing properties and expansions in connection to the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre facility at Korsvägen in Gothenburg.
-The Swedish Exhibition and Congress Centre plans through to 2030 includes expanded entrances, flexible meeting and event rooms and hotel and office capacity in a new fourth tower, says Carin Kindbom, President and CEO of the Swedish Exhibition and Congress Centre.
The agreement signed means that Serneke, in co-operation with the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre, will conduct development project for the facility at Korsvägen in selected stages.
