Serneke to construct additional stage at Näsby Slottspark

A new residential area is emerging in Täby’s Näsby Slottspark with a total of 350 homes in the three sections, Norra parken, Södra parken and Strandängarna. The current agreement covers the new production of 52 tenant-owned homes in multi-family dwellings and semi-detached houses. The two-story apartment buildings will include apartments from studio apartments up to apartments with five bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom, where the choices of materials will be exclusive.

Serneke has previously completed Stage 1 of the Norra parken section, with multi-family dwellings and semi-detached houses, as well as Stages 1 and 2 of the Södra parken section, with tenant-owned apartments.

“We are very pleased to have received Niam’s continued confidence. This is our third project at Näsby Slottspark and we see this as a testament of our great partnership in developing the neighborhood,” says Gustav Bergstedt, Works Manager at Serneke.

The agreement has been preceded by a joint design process and the contract will be performed as a collaborative turnkey contract. The homes will enter construction immediately on the building permit being issued and they are scheduled for completion in June 2022.
